6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend accounts for policy violations, security threats, or non-payment. You can stop using the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TorqeAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
